GREASE DG-203
DAIKIN DAIFLOIL GREASE DG-203 is a fluorinated grease developed by Daikin. It uses DAIFLOIL fluorochlorinated oil, based on CTFE oligomer, as the base oil and a fluororesin as the thickener.The grease offers excellent chemical stability, temperature resistance, electrical insulation and low vapor pressure. It is suitable for demanding environments where conventional mineral-oil or synthetic greases may not provide sufficient resistance to corrosive chemicals, oxidizing agents, solvents or vacuum conditions.DG-203 has an NLGI Grade 2 consistency and appears as a uniform milky-white paste. It is suitable for valves, seals, bearings, gears, electrical insulating components and vacuum equipment.

Temperature Resistant: Suitable for use from approximately -15°C to 150°C, with short-term resistance up to about 180°C.
Chemical Resistant: Excellent resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis, oxidizing agents and various solvents.
Low Volatility: Low vapor pressure makes it suitable for vacuum equipment and applications sensitive to volatilization.
Electrical Insulation: Good electrical insulating properties for electrical and electronic components.
