COSMO Urea Grease No.0 / No.1 / No.2 High-Temperature Urea Grease
COSMO Urea Grease is a high-temperature industrial grease developed by COSMO OIL LUBRICANTS. It uses a highly heat-resistant urea compound as the thickener and is classified as an ashless, non-soap grease. The product is available in No.0, No.1 and No.2 consistency grades. Compared with conventional metallic-soap greases, COSMO Urea Grease is less likely to soften and leak at elevated temperatures and is also resistant to hardening inside bearings during prolonged high-temperature operation. COSMO specifies an upper service limit of 200°C. Because the urea thickener contains no metal, very little residual ash remains even if the grease is subjected to combustion, which helps simplify maintenance. The formulation also provides good oxidation resistance and mechanical stability for extended operation under severe bearing shear.
