ALTECO CN2 High-Strength Impact-Resistant Instant Adhesive
ALTECO CN2 is a high-strength, impact-resistant cyanoacrylate instant adhesive designed for metal and industrial component bonding where both bond strength and resistance to impact are required. It is colorless and transparent, with a standard curing speed and a viscosity of approximately 3 mPa·s. CN2 provides strong adhesion to steel and aluminum and is also suitable for ABS, PMMA, rigid PVC, PC and CR. Representative tensile shear strength is approximately 25 N/mm² on steel and 13 N/mm² on aluminum, making it suitable for machinery, automotive components and general industrial assembly.
Product Details
Product Features
High Bond Strength: Representative tensile shear strength is approximately 25 N/mm² on steel.
Impact Resistance: Part of ALTECO's high-strength impact-resistant series for joints exposed to vibration and shock.
Low Viscosity: Viscosity of approximately 3 mPa·s provides good flow into narrow gaps and closely fitted joints.
Colorless and Transparent: Helps minimize visible impact on the bonded area.
Fast Setting: Typical set time is approximately 15 seconds on steel and aluminum and approximately 5 seconds on CR.
Multi-Material Bonding: Suitable for steel, aluminum, ABS, PMMA, rigid PVC, PC and CR.
Product Applications
Metal Components: Suitable for rapid bonding and fixing of steel and aluminum parts.
Automotive Components: Suitable for components requiring bond strength together with resistance to vibration and impact.
Mechanical Assembly: Suitable for machinery, small parts and general industrial assembly.
Plastic Components: Suitable for ABS, PMMA, rigid PVC and polycarbonate parts.
Rubber Components: Suitable for small-area bonding of CR materials.
