ALTECO V2 General-Purpose High-Viscosity Instant Adhesive
ALTECO V2 is a general-purpose cyanoacrylate instant adhesive with a standard curing speed. It is colorless and transparent, with a viscosity of approximately 2000 mPa·s, making it the high-viscosity grade among the EE, E50 and V2 general-purpose products. Its higher viscosity provides improved application control on vertical surfaces and slightly larger gaps where excessive adhesive flow is undesirable. V2 can be used for bonding steel, aluminum, ABS, PMMA, rigid PVC, polycarbonate and chloroprene rubber, making it suitable for general industrial assembly and component fixing.
Product Details
Product Features
High Viscosity: Viscosity of approximately 2000 mPa·s provides good adhesive retention and improved application control.
Standard Cure Speed: Offers a balanced combination of working time and rapid fixing performance.
Colorless and Transparent: Helps minimize visible impact on the bonded area.
Multi-Material Bonding: Suitable for steel, aluminum, ABS, PMMA, rigid PVC, PC and chloroprene rubber.
Good Adhesive Retention: The high-viscosity formulation is suitable for vertical surfaces and joints with slightly larger gaps.
Good Bond Strength: Representative tensile shear strength on steel is approximately 20 N/mm².
Product Applications
Metal Components: Suitable for rapid bonding and fixing of steel, aluminum and similar metal parts.
Plastic Components: Suitable for ABS, PMMA, rigid PVC and polycarbonate components.
Rubber Components: Suitable for small-area bonding of chloroprene rubber.
Vertical Surface Bonding: Suitable for applications where reduced adhesive running or dripping is required.
Industrial Assembly: Suitable for mechanical, electrical, electronic and general manufacturing components.
