KONISHI BOND G11Z Chloroprene Rubber Solvent-Based Fast-Drying Adhesive
KONISHI BOND G11Z is a chloroprene rubber solvent-based adhesive developed by Konishi Co., Ltd. It is intended mainly for woodworking and interior construction, particularly for bonding various decorative panels. Konishi identifies its main characteristics as fast drying, strong adhesion, heat resistance and no need for temporary fixing. G11Z is classified as a chloroprene rubber solvent-based adhesive. It is a light-yellow viscous liquid with a density of approximately 0.87 g/cm³ and viscosity of about 5000–8000 mPa·s. Its recommended applications are woodworking and architectural interior use. The formulation contains volatile solvents including cyclohexane, methylcyclohexane, acetone, ethyl acetate and methyl ethyl ketone. Therefore, good ventilation and strict control of ignition sources are required during handling.
