Shin-Etsu KS-64
Shin-Etsu KS-64 is a general-purpose silicone oil compound formulated with silicone oil and inorganic fillers. It is supplied as a white grease-like compound and is specifically designed for electrical insulation and sealing applications in electrical and electronic equipment. Shin-Etsu identifies KS-64 as a general-purpose grade with excellent electrical properties, water repellency and chemical stability.
