Yuken Super Lube No.1 (Softest)

Main application: Suitable for high speed and light load, fine clearance parts, easy pumping at low temperature. Ideal for high-speed bearings, precision guide rails,  small motors, fan bearings and chain lubrication. It is compatible with automatic lubrication systems and features good low-temperature fluidity.

Applicable industries: Precision machinery, electronic equipment, home appliances, textile machinery, food packaging, high-speed production lines.

Consistency: 310–340 (Softest)

Yuken Super Lube No.2 (Medium / General Purpose)

Main application: Suitable for medium speed and medium load, widely used for high temperature working conditions, applicable for both manual and automatic filling.  Used for standard bearings, ball screws, gears, mould guide pins, fans and oven accessories. It performs well at both high and normal temperatures with high cost  performance.

Applicable industries: Mould manufacturing, auto parts, metallurgy, heat treatment, injection molding, general automation, heavy machinery.

Consistency: 265–295 (Medium)

Yuken Super Lube No.3 (Hardest)

Main application: Designed for low speed and heavy load, impact load conditions, excellent anti-dripping and anti-slinging performance. Suitable for heavy-duty bearings, rolling mills, forging presses, crushers, low-speed high-temperature gears and heavy-load slide rails under harsh working conditions. It will not flow easily  at high temperature and has strong adhesion.

Applicable industries: Iron and steel metallurgy, mining machinery, heavy industry equipment, die-casting machinery, large conveying equipment, high-temperature  kilns.

Consistency: 220–250 (Hardest)
