ENEOS BONNOC M1800 Ultra-High-Viscosity Industrial Gear Oil
ENEOS BONNOC M1800 is an ultra-high-viscosity industrial gear oil designed for heavily loaded gear systems where conventional ISO VG 680 oils may not provide sufficient oil-film thickness. ENEOS currently continues to list BONNOC M1800 and M3800 as separate high-viscosity gear-oil grades. The product is suitable for reducers, industrial gearboxes, conveyor drives, mixers and other heavily loaded mechanical transmission systems. Its very high viscosity helps maintain a thicker lubricating film between gear teeth and reduce direct metal-to-metal contact.

Product Features
Ultra-High-Viscosity Film: Designed for low-speed, large and heavily loaded gear systems requiring a thick lubricating oil film.
Good Extreme-Pressure Protection: Suitable for industrial gears exposed to high and shock loads, helping reduce wear, pitting and seizure.
Suitable for Low-Speed Heavy Loads: Its very high viscosity makes it particularly suitable for large reducers and heavily loaded gear drives operating at low speeds.
High Flash Point: A flash point of at least 220°C supports use in industrial gear lubrication systems.
Good Storage Stability: Chemically stable under normal temperature and dark storage conditions.
Product Applications
Large Reducers: Suitable for low-speed, heavily loaded gear reducers requiring very high-viscosity lubrication.
Industrial Gearboxes: Suitable for heavily loaded industrial gear drives requiring strong oil-film protection.
Conveyor Drives: Can be used in heavily loaded conveyor gear and reduction systems.
Mixers and Agitators: Suitable for gear drives in mixers, agitators and similar heavy industrial equipment.
Heavy Industrial Machinery: Suitable for special transmission systems requiring an ultra-high-viscosity industrial gear oil.
