KYODO YUSHI PALMAX L Heavy-Duty Grease for Large Open Bearings
PALMAX L is a heavy-duty industrial grease for large high-load bearings developed by KYODO YUSHI. It is specifically designed for high-P bearings in rolling mills such as Pair Cross Mills and Cluster Mills, and is officially recommended for heavy-load open bearings. The grease uses mineral oil as the base oil and a special lithium-complex soap as the thickener. It also contains organomolybdenum and molybdenum disulfide, providing excellent extreme-pressure performance under severe load and surface-pressure conditions. PALMAX L also has distinctive oil separation and oil return characteristics depending on temperature conditions. This enables it to provide lubrication behavior similar to lubricating oil while retaining the handling advantages of a grease. In addition, it offers excellent adhesion, water resistance and rust protection, helping reduce grease loss, softening, leakage and corrosion-related bearing problems.
