SUMICO Sumitec 305 PAO-Based Grease for Plastic and Metal Sliding Parts
Sumitec 305 is a poly-alpha-olefin (PAO) based grease from SUMICO. It uses PAO synthetic oil as the base oil and provides excellent low-temperature characteristics and oxidation stability, allowing stable lubrication over long periods. The formulation contains PTFE, MCA and an organomolybdenum compound to enhance lubrication in plastic-to-metal and metal-to-metal sliding contacts. SUMICO positions Sumitec 305 as a lubrication-focused grease, particularly suitable for plastic lubrication points in automotive electrical components and precision equipment. Sumitec 305 has no adverse effect on most plastics and is also free of chlorinated compounds, harmful heavy metals and silicone, which can be a cause of electrical contact failure. This makes it suitable for lubrication around plastic parts and electrical mechanisms.
