KYODO YUSHI MULTEMP ELP Conductive Grease with Excellent Plastic Compatibility
MULTEMP ELP is a high-performance conductive grease from KYODO YUSHI. While ordinary greases are generally electrically insulating, MULTEMP ELP uses composite carbon black as the thickening system, giving the grease conductive properties for applications where electrical conduction is required. The grease uses synthetic hydrocarbon oil as its base oil, providing excellent compatibility with plastics and resins. This makes it particularly suitable for lubrication points made of plastic or located adjacent to resin components.
Product Details
Product Features
Electrical Conductivity:The carbon-black thickening system gives the grease conductive properties for components requiring electrical conduction.
Excellent Plastic Compatibility:Synthetic hydrocarbon base oil provides good compatibility with plastic and resin materials.
Wide Temperature Range:Recommended for service from -50°C to 150°C.
Suitable for Electrical Mechanisms:Designed for mechanisms where both lubrication and electrical conductivity are required.
Suitable Near Resin Components:Ideal for lubrication points located on or near plastic and resin parts.
Product Applications
Conductive Mechanisms:For various mechanical and electrical components requiring electrical conductivity.
Plastic-Adjacent Lubrication Points:Suitable for mechanisms where plastic or resin components are located at or near the lubrication area.
Electrical Contact-Related Mechanisms:Can be considered where lubrication is required without introducing strongly insulating grease behavior.
Precision and Electromechanical Equipment:Suitable for precision, electromechanical and electronic mechanisms requiring both conductivity and plastic compatibility.
