THREEBOND TB1901
THREEBOND TB1901 is a molybdenum disulfide-based anti-seize lubricant designed to form a tough lubricating film with excellent heat resistance and pressure resistance. The product has a black paste-like appearance and is suitable for high-temperature, high-load and boundary lubrication applications. TB1901 can normally be used over a wide temperature range from -60°C to 400°C. When used specifically to prevent seizure of sealed parts such as screws and pins, THREEBOND states that it can be applied at temperatures up to 800°C. It also facilitates assembly and disassembly, particularly at joints and threaded portions, helping reduce maintenance time. In addition, TB1901 helps prevent heat generation, wear, seizure and scoring of sliding parts and can reduce machine vibration and frictional noise.
