Shin-Etsu KF-96L-5cs
Shin-Etsu KF-96L-5cs is a low-viscosity grade in the KF-96 dimethyl silicone fluid series. It is based on dimethylpolysiloxane and appears as a clear, colorless liquid. Its kinematic viscosity at 25°C is 5.0 mm²/s (5 cSt), providing excellent flow and spreading performance. KF-96 silicone fluids provide characteristic properties such as heat and cold resistance, low surface tension, water repellency, electrical insulation, chemical stability, release performance and defoaming ability. Due to its low viscosity, KF-96L-5cs is especially suitable for applications requiring easy flow, fast wetting and low viscous resistance.
